Girl, 5, attacked by Staffordshire Bull Terrier wearing harness with word 'friendly' on it while out walking at Yorkshire beauty spot
The girl and her mother were walking on Beverley Westwood in East Yorkshire at around 11am on Tuesday, January 11,.
They were close to the golf course when a dog ran towards the girl, knocking her over, before biting and pulling at her hair.

Hide AdThe dog, described as a Blue Staffordshire Bull Terrier, had a harness on saying "friendly" on the side.
The owner of the dog was a white female, aged in her sixties. She was wearing sunglasses and a knee-length coat.
The girl was uninjured, but police are keen to trace the animal's owner.
