Firm faces three charges

A HOUSING company based in South Cave is facing charges of making misleading statements in a brochure.
Westbridge Homes Ltd, based on Annie Med Lane, is accused of three separate offences dating back to November and December of 2006.

It is charged with stating that a property was in Hessle when it was actually in Hull.

The case is set for a hearing at Beverley Magistrates’ Court on 8 July.
